Jörg Weise
For more than 15 years, health care has been Jörg Weise's professional anchor point. He has already worked in a leading position in a state ministry, a listed biotech company, an institute for health economics, and Germany's largest billing company for the market of public health insurances. Until mid-2022, he was head of sales, product management and communication at scanacs, where he helped launch the direct billing of e-prescriptions. Since July 2022, he has been responsible for the countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the AI specialist Infermedica. Infermedica aims to achieve high-quality care through the use of AI-powered automation tools.
As a sideline he teaches as a lecturer at the FOM University of Applied Sciences and lectures on the areas of information technologies & e-health as well as on health and social care and supervises final theses of university graduates.
